I’m not one of those people who believe you just let everybody go. A lot of these people are so institutionalized that benefits them to not be in the real world. Still, there has to be some sort of getback for our fucked up sentencing policies. In terms of vision, some do have it. They should be recognized and given a chance in society. Remember most of these people are addicts, not violent criminals.

I guess your right. But the fear I have is for the ones that can’t be helped.
This is a dam if you do dam it you don’t situation. I sometimes fill that our country creates these problems. Yet we don’t have answers. Until there are people taking responsiblity for these problems. I can’t see us having the drugs and crime coming back to the community to hurt others, becuse thats where they are going. I know that there are exceptions to the rule. Can we afford to loose more.

I understand what your saying. I just won’t except the we-fucked-up-lets-make-sure-we-do-better-next-time approach that some of these politicians want to take. These are people lives at stake. If we’re admitting that we got it wrong, lets go back and try to reconcile with the lives we impacted.
