A friend of mine taught me a new breathing technique that involves slow, deep breathing through your nose and smooth exhales through the mouth. It is meant to feed oxygen to all of your capillaries, supposedly relieving stress. It works, thankfully, because I might have caught a case. My landlord doesn’t respect me, my space or my time. Lucky for him, not much money is involved or I’d be on the run right now. That said, breathe here…vent on the top 5 things that have been getting on your nerves lately.

The things that have been on my nerves lately are:

1.)Struggling to find a new job that will pay me decent money

2.)Trying to figure out where my boyfriend’s head is at

3.)Everytime I save $$ something pops up that must be paid

4.)Prepping for the GRE’s

5.)Not enough vacation time

It’s supposed to be “the first rule of nature”. So in that instance why, WHY, WHY, is that sometimes hard to fathom? That is a rhetorical question. A good friend of mine was able to get out of some shit that damn near killed them. I know they are happy they did because they may not be here today if they hadn’t. They’ve given me advice over the years, damn near beat my head against a stone to get me to see that (much appreciated I might add) but sometimes I feel like I this shit they told me is too hard to do. I mean they did it which is a great example but DAYUM…WTF IS WRONG WITH ME?
