Either we’re overly segregated or progressively open-minded for there to be a gay gun rights organization. And peep this; they call themselves the Pink Pistols (no comment). The pistols, along with more than 65 other groups have been pressing the Supreme Court to reverse DC’s strict handgun ban. According to these groups, they’re at risk and need protection only a gun can provide. Check the report.

You nuts (pun intended). My concern is how far can we go with this. Should blacks be pressing for gun rights because they’re targeted by rogue cops. Should 14-year-old have the right to carry a gun beacuse they may have a Myspace stalker. Don’t get me wrong, the laws is probably outdated, but there’s always a slppery slope with shit like this. I’m not mad at their fight, but their argument is wrong. On some , everyone is victim.

On a serious tip (PI) I think the logic for their argument is wrong because it indicates that they will use deadly force to counter physical force. That’s not even an eye for an eye. That’s a cap for a black eye. It is hard for me to put my place in their place so I don’t know how they feel, but It has been proven that the best way to fight back against that type of injustice is to turn the other cheek (couldn’t resist one more).

Youth on Youth crime. Look at how many young mostly boys and young men under 25 are dead because of guns. Also a large majority of accidental deaths in the home are caused by guns. This is a gun toting country. I don’t think violence is as bad for those groups as it is for anyone other group and violence would get even worse if everyone was allowed to pack guns. I think we would have a better world if they were gone and everyone learned other ways! (There are exceptions to the rule). I remember fights in school. When girls and boys would settle fights after school at the bus stop. Once the fight was over the person that won in some instances would go up to the loser and shake the had or huge them and become good friends for the rest of their lives.Oh Well!

I live in Los Angeles California and how I ironic is this. In Port Hueneme which is about 35 miles north of here, a young boy who was openly gay and very expressive about it was shot and killed by a fellow classmate simply for being open with being gay… The high school kid was gun downed in his classroom because a kid didn’t like the fact that he was happy with being a homosexual. How crazy is that, I believe some people are homophobic but damn you can’t just kill someone because you don’t like his lifestyle…. Maybe they do need the protection that only a gun can provide.It’s a cold world.!

I’m from San Francisco. I don’t know about gay culture around the rest of the nation but I know out here… There are a bunch of homosexual cats out here that look like they pick you up, ball you up, and take a 3 point shot at a hoop with you like your old favorite cartoons used to do back in the day on Saturday morning. I believe in equality, yes, but sometimes they get a little out of their range when it comes to there rights. TROUBLMAN nailed it by naming off a few others who might need to tote that steel on their hip. I have to admit I have a love/hatered for homosexuals. I love em because they are human beings and have no control over what their preference is. Excuse me let me check myself! I DISLIKE the fact that they feel they should have more rights or specials rights as opposed to a straight person. Sometimes I feel as if they make their preferences out to be a disability. Our world is plagued with racism, sexism, ageism, and whatever other fuckin’ ISM there is. They just need to NUTT up and face the music that they’re not the only victims in this world.
