We Live This

Written by: TROUBLMan

actions-speak.jpgWhat up world! Just wanted to shed some light on people who get it. I found this t-shirt over at Major Threat. Don’t get it twisted, we take great pride in this blog. It allows us to vent, share news and speak with the people. But at the end of the day, actions speak louder than blogs.

For those out there who haven’t fully grasped what TROUBL is, let me take this time to expalin. For business purposes we call ourselves a media company, but our values go must further than a news organization’s. The media is our weapon. We understand how media has been used to misinform, spread fear and propaganda. But now that the Net has leveled the playing field, we fighting back.

We produce products. The blog is our first. But more importantly, we’re working to produce culture–a way of life. So if you read this go out and be TROUBL. It could be as simple as reading a few pages from a positive book. It could be sitting in on your child’s class at school (and while yur there, questioning the ciriculum) . Shit, register to vote if you already haven’t. Over time, We’ll give you more of what it means to get in TROUBL.

Be ready. This is just the start.

p.s.
To the other bloggers out there who talk it, live it. For the ones who don’t, know we watching!

  1. Talking is an action! If you think about it. Most of the people who really get what TROUBL is all about are already action people. We educate each other and go out and spread the word/work.
A teeshirt can also be a “Blog” so lets Blog for action.

  2. I agree. Talking is action. I just want people to make sure they take what we talk about here into the real world. Don’t let it end online.

Talking is the start. Le’ts let our conversation lead us to boycott, vote, visit new places, etc.

Talking is definately an action, I think talking is the initial phase in making a difference or creating change. It’s what we say, when we say, and who we say it to that makes our words ACTIONS, and not just words…

Actions speak louder than words most def!!!!! I’m so sick and tired of people who say one thing and then contradict themselves with their actions! I have hypocritical moments, I must confess (I think we all do) but I can honestly say that I love not merely in theory or in speech but in deed and in truth (in practice and sincerity)!!!

I agree with you Night RN and Troublman because we speak things into existence (good and bad), our words manifest themselves into the universe so we must be careful what we want to manifest. POSITIVITY, CREATIVITY, CHANGE, A NEW MINDSET, A NEW WAY OF THINKING, ORIGINALITY, INGENIOUSNESS!!!!

A chain is only as strong as the weakest link. When we allow one of our links to get weak we are in essence sealing our own fate when we stand by and allow it to happen. We have to stengthen our communities and participate in life. Starting by being there for the immediate people in our lives and then expand out!!!!!

Definately true! You can walk around all day screaming about what you are going to do and how you feel about an issue but taking a firm stance, followed by an action shows that you aretruly committed to the cause. Its weird because so many people clain to be Christians yet they go out and rob, cheat, steal, fornicate and even kill, while the stand behindthe veil of religion! Live your life for the cause, don’t just speak about it becasue its cool.

  6. I’m back to say that in my heart I know that I have tried to live my life as a action person. When my kids were growing up. I was very involved with them, their schools even the boys and girlscouts at my church. I try to influence people with my actions. I also know that I have been holding back on some things I still need to do. God forbid I leave this earth tomorrow and not given all I can give. My brother sings this song called “Tomorrow.” It reminds me of how I should continue my journey.

There's a war going on outside no man is safe from. It's for our minds. The enemy--ignorance, apathy, and the people who profit from both. Strap yourself. Only the smart survive.
